Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• .75 oz lemon juice
• .5 oz simple syrup
• Champagne
• Lemon to garnish

Instructions

Shake all except champagne. Pour into coupe and top with champagne. Spiral lemon twist and garnish.
