Ingredients

• 2 oz amaretto
• .75 oz lemon juice
• .75 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• Garnish: 1 dash angostura bitters and orange crescent

Instructions

Dry shake all ingredients, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a double rocks glass over 1 large ice cube.
